Spare the Rod - A school, still standing? I was once told that Johnson School E1 was used as a location - the same school as 'To Sir, With Love'. It's now a gated yuppie apartment block so it's hard to get a good look. One thing in favour of this theory is the very similar railway line by the school. - Roger Mills.
