File of the Golden Goose, The - Can you read the street sign? … I'm fairly sure that the street sign says Garnet Street. There is a Garnet Street in Wapping, London E1 which, looking at Google Street View, has been almost totally redeveloped since then says Ian Hedgcock. (SJ)
