"The structure just showing in the foreground on the right is the old gunpowder store. The large building in the centre left houses a beam engine and the building in front, erected since the film was made, contains a modern steam boiler to power the beam engine which runs during the summer months. The pond on the far left at centre provides cooling water for the beam engine condenser." (RL)

Lionel and Cynthia advise that the ghost of Billy Bray that features in this film was a noted Cornish miner and evangelist. His actual grave (and monument) is at the deconsecrated church at Baldhu that is about five miles south west of Truro. (RL)
